About Louisiana Heat Pump Association

The Louisiana Heat Pump Association is a State-wide organization of well trained, highly skilled, air conditioning and heating contractors. The Association was formed to promote high quality installations and servicing of high efficiency air conditioning equipment and heat pumps and included industry partners such as distributors, vendors and suppliers. It’s conception, in 1986, was to include and offer every homeowner/consumer in the State of Louisiana, energy efficient, high quality systems. The founding fathers thought so highly of their elite organization that a “Code of Ethics” was created to assure the consumers that every member operates their business by them. The Code of Ethics are still a requirement to be upheld, for new contractors joining the Association.
