In her position, Heather keeps our clients updated on the status of their support tickets. She also reaches out to clients on a regular basis to make sure our company records stay updated and to see if there’s a need we can fulfill. It’s from these conversations that Heather is able to recommend additional services to meet their needs or provide additional website training so they can better manage their online presence.
Heather has held many positions in many industries where customer service skills have been the key to her success. She has worked in cosmetology, in the tech industry for a startup (Waitr now known as ASAP), and for a COVID-19 helpline. There’s no doubt that she knows how to handle all types of situations and maintain her composure.
When she’s not at work, you can find Heather in the craft store thinking about her next creation. She is married to her husband, Juan and has two children. She also cares for two cats and a tortoise named, Sully.
