As our Web Design & Development Manager, Helena Northcutt is responsible for managing the web development team and delivering website projects on time and within budget. Her organizational skills combined with her years of experience in both customer service and digital project management has given Comit Developers an edge over their competitors.
Helena doesn’t just keep projects moving forward but she is also skilled at evaluating past projects and encouraging the team to find solutions to any issues that may arise. Her honest, structured approach keeps both the team and our clients accountable to the expectations set forth from their very first interaction with Comit. In addition, Helena manages not only website projects but the wonderful team that develops them by providing actionable feedback, coaching, and support.
Helena is married to her husband, Brett and a mom to 3 boys that keep her running from soccer field to soccer field when she’s not at work. If she gets time away from soccer, she spends time gardening and planning the next family vacation.
