Carissa has always worked in some facet of sales and marketing however it’s her passion for understanding each client’s business goals and vision that makes her an asset to the Comit Developers team.
When she was little she wanted to be a veterinarian, then ended up earning her technical diploma in jewelry manufacturing. Don’t let that fool you though, Carissa has had many different types of jobs in many industries which really enables her to connect with every person she meets. In addition, Carissa quickly learned that working in the tech industry satisfied her desire to constantly learn something new. At Comit she’s either learning about a new business or industry or best practice in web development on a daily basis. She then uses her newfound knowledge and applies the Design Thinking concepts she learned through a Stanford University certificate program to create the best solutions for our clients.
