We sat down with our unofficial website sleuth to learn more about her hunt for the latest and greatest tools, tricks and tips to bring your website vision to life.
How long have you worked in this industry?
I’ve worked in some facet of sales or marketing for more than 20 years.
What are some of your responsibilities?
I act as the liaison between clients and our internal team, as well as handle process implementation and website proposals. I work closely with our clients during the discovery meeting to get a deep understanding of their business, processes and buyer’s journey. From there, I take that information back to our team for sitemap construction; conducting industry and competitive research to make sure we take into account best practices and trends before we start our development process.
What does a typical day look like for you?
It really varies from day to day. A lot of my time is spent researching plugins, software, client competitor sites, and then compiling that information in order to collaborate with our development team. I am constantly asking questions to better understand how everything is done within the organization and suggesting ways to streamline our sales and client onboarding processes to enhance our client experience.

I love the fact that technology is always evolving so there is built-in change and growth
What’s your favorite part of what you do?
Learning and researching! I am a naturally curious person so finding solutions to client problems is extremely satisfying. I have a genuine interest in our community, and helping small businesses increase sales by displaying what they offer in a pleasant and informative manner makes my heart sing. The byproduct of removing cringe-worthy websites from the world is an added bonus!
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
Never assume anything! We all come from different backgrounds and experiences.
Do you have any hidden talents?
I’m handy with a torch. I’ve been making jewelry since high school and worked for an Italian jewelry designer.
Would you rather be the first person to explore a planet or be the inventor of a drug that cures a deadly disease?
I would definitely love to be the first person to explore a planet. The opportunity to see an unexplored landscape or encounter a new species would be a mind-blowing experience. Just imagining all of the possibilities is exciting! Being able to test my mental and physical abilities is really appealing to me.
If you could only have three apps on your smartphone, which would you pick?
Google, Google Drive and Slack.
